hello! i’m monica, a college student currently studying psychology/computer science at davis and a taiwanese-american girl who grew up in the bay. i speak both english and mandarin chinese, but to say i’m fluent in the latter is a grossly tragic overstatement: i’m probably as fluent as — hmm — a developmentally unremarkable toddler? i’d like to think my english is considerably better; in addition to drawing and making jewelry, i sometimes spend my free time writing short stories too embarrassing to show anyone.

i like making things as much as i like consuming them, so if i’m not posting here, i’m probably playing a singleplayer video game (currently on god of war!), eating objectionable junk food, or perhaps just experiencing an extremely agonizing slow death à la busy student.
